2. We require 25% advance payment before processing the order.
3. The remaining 75% amount must be paid at the time of delivery after receiving the product.

1. We aim to ship promptly. Delivery times may vary. We are not liable for delays by carriers.

2. If the customer refuses or fails to receive the product at delivery, the 25% advance payment will not be refunded.

3. In such cases, the order will not be reattempted for delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

No Scratch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Remainder

This preparation effectuates only a superficial cleansing of the spectacle lenses.Multiple applications (approximately three to four iterations) are requisite to elicit a discernible improvement. Be advised: it does not eradicate prior abrasions;it merely removes surface accretions.
